FAR from being a stuffy Victorian, Robert Louis Stevenson was a merry fellow who delighted in practical jokes, spoof letters to serious citizens and general tomfoolery. He also sported one of the most famous moustaches in literary history, and on RLS Day it’s fun to wear one in his honour.
